Im currently working with a luxury hotel in St.
Lucia s who are looking for a highly experienced ExecutivePastryChef to join their team whore in search of a Forbes 5 star rating.
The ExecutivePastryChef is responsible for overseeing the entire Pastry Department, which includes banquets and up to 28 venues within the hotel.
This is a leadership department head level position.
The ExecutivePastryChef demonstrates strong leadership qualities with high attention to detail in elevating and sustaining a competitive edge.
The Ideal Candidate:
* A wealth of knowledge of all pastry aspects; from breads, ice creams, chocolate and sugar work, sculptures, buffetdesserts and plated desserts
* Modern pastry skills
* Luxury experience
* Previous experience as a Head or ExecutivePastryChef for minimum 5 years
* Holds a recognised qualification in culinary education or pastry
* A creator and innovator
* Motivated leader and developer of talent
