As part of our growth, we are seeking a talented Chef de Secteur (H/F) en pharmacie, IDF Est (Torcy) to support the rapid development of our client, Les Secrets de Loly.

Les Secrets de Loly is the number 1 brand in France for natural hair cosmetics for textured hair (wavy, curly, frizzy, and kinky).


Its goal is to become a European and then global player in textured hair care by empowering its community to resist the trend of straight hair.

To ensure the development of Les Secrets de Loly products in your region under the supervision of the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing the brand among clients through field visits to:
  
  
  


• Optimize sales (sell-in):
  
  
  


• Present the brand, products, market potential, and panel performances;


• Increase product availability;


• Take orders from pharmacists;


• Negotiate and monitor the brand's merchandising in-store (sell-out):
  
  
  


• Negotiate shelf space and off-shelf placements;


• Ensure compliance with the brand's merchandising principles;


• Negotiate promotional displays and in-store branding (PLV, displays) following the trade plan;


• Train pharmacy staff:
  
  
  


• On textured hair care;


• On hair diagnostics;


• On LSL products and routines;


• Prospect and register the brand with targeted pharmacies or respond to registration requests.

This role involves frequent travel across the region and overnight stays.

You have successful experience in sales within pharmacies.

• You have developed one or more brands, focusing on regular sell-out actions;
