Un chef de produit (H/F) à compter de avril 2024 .
VOS Rattaché/e au Directeur R&D, vos missions principales sont les suivantes :
Veille et développement de l'offre produit Assurer une veille concurrentielle sur son univers de produits ou services.
Effectuer un état des lieux régulier, coordonner et/ou réaliser les études de marché et analyser l'évolution.
Définir la cohérence de la stratégie globale des produits ou de la ligne de produit ainsi que leur rentabilité afin de positionner la gamme.
Concevoir le cahier des charges commercial de nouveaux produits ou services.
Vérifier leur faisabilité technique avec le bureau d'études techniques.
Piloter un projet de développement Animer et piloter le suivi du projet de développement, assurer le suivi des jalons et des livrables.
Veille à la tenue du planning global pour chaque projet et coordonne auprès de chaque service concerné les actions et décisions nécessaire à la tenue des délais.
Suivre les budgets liés aux projets et s'assurer du respect des objectifs de rentabilité interne.
Suivre les KPI projet et en assurer le reporting à la direction Pilotage du plan d'action Élaborer et mettre en Å?uvre le plan d'action marketing.
Piloter la mise en place technique de l'offre avec les différents services.
Contribuer à la définition de la politique tarifaire.
Mise en Å?uvre opérationnelle Participer à la rédaction des conditions générales de vente.
Participer à la définition des outils d'aide à la vente.
Missions commerciales Proposer des actions d'animation commerciale.
Participer à la définition des outils d'aide à la vente.
Participer à la démarche commerciale de manière à développer de nouveaux clients.
Assurer la fidélisation client.
Effectuer les démonstrations et assurer les prises de commandes.
Suivi des actions menées Définir les outils de suivi et reporting â? VOTRE PROFIL :
· Niveau master en marketing / école de commerce ou d'ingénieur, vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 5 ans en Product Manager ou en gestion de projets innovants dans l'industrie · Vous êtes rigoureux, autonome et minutieux · Vous savez prioriser et vous avez une bonne capacité de synthèse · Vous savez convaincre et vous aimez travailler en équipe au quotidien, vous faites preuve d'aisance relationnelle vous permettant de créer un climat de confiance et de travailler avec tous les interlocuteurs.
· Vous aimez le challenge.
· Vous savez vous adapter aux urgences.
· Vous avez de bonnes connaissances dans l'industrie et vous comprenez les aspects techniques des projets.

A Product Manager (M/F) starting April 2024.
YOUR Reporting to the R&D Director, your main missions are as follows:
Monitor and develop the product offering Monitor the competition for your product or service universe.
Carry out regular market surveys, coordinate and/or carry out market studies and analyze market trends.
Define the coherence of the global strategy for products or product lines, as well as their profitability, in order to position the range.
Draw up commercial specifications for new products or services.
Check their technical feasibility with the technical design office.
Managing a development project Lead and monitor the development project, tracking milestones and deliverables.
Ensures that the overall schedule for each project is adhered to, and coordinates with each department concerned the actions and decisions required to meet deadlines.
Monitor project budgets and ensure compliance with internal profitability targets.
Monitor project KPIs and report to management.
Action plan management Develop and implement the marketing action plan.
Manage the technical implementation of the offer with the various departments.
Contribute to defining pricing policy.
Operational implementation Participate in drafting general sales conditions.
Participate in sales initiatives to develop new customers.

Master's level in marketing / business school or engineering, you have at least 5 years' experience as a Product Manager or in managing innovative projects in industry.
You are rigorous, autonomous and meticulous You know how to prioritize and have good synthesis skills You are able to convince people and enjoy working as part of a team on a daily basis.
You have good interpersonal skills, enabling you to create a climate of trust and work well with all your contacts.
You like challenges.
You can adapt to urgent situations.
You have a good knowledge of industry and understand the technical aspects of projects.
