You will be responsible for an application portfolio, its related applications or tools, acting as a technical-functional project manager between various teams.



Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing and coordinating monthly operations for implementing changes and fixes requested by business users.


2. Establishing and leading preparation committees and workshops.


3. Ensuring compliance with processes and milestones.


4. Acting as a facilitator and coordinator among different stakeholders during production deployment days.


5. Conducting risk analysis according to the company's internal process.


6. Leading various technical projects.


7. Participating in the business continuity plan (PRA/PCA) exercises for the application, ensuring all necessary elements are available.


8. Updating documentation and providing the necessary technical documentation to the service provider for the successful execution of the exercise.


9. Validating the necessary checkpoints and providing a report at the end of the exercise, along with feedback for future improvements.


10. Coordinating between different modules.


11. Facilitating working groups and follow-up meetings on action plans and coordination activities among stakeholders.


12. Assisting project management in establishing specifications and justifying the chosen solutions to aid decision-making.


13. Translating business needs and communicating them to the service center responsible for development.


14. Leading deployment workshops across various environments while adhering to company processes and maintaining a defined schedule with all stakeholders.


15. Overseeing technical and functional testing and validating the production release of solutions.


16. Monitoring application performance and ensuring proper reporting of application-related events by analyzing various indicators and escalating necessary alerts.


17. Providing operational reporting on application monitoring while adhering to service commitments and associated service levels.


18. Conducting monthly assessments of application activity, highlighting significant events, escalating alerts to anticipate incidents, and indicating upcoming deadlines.


19. Updating several deliverables from the service production process for validation by the project manager.

Minimum Requirements:




You possess the following skills:

1. Previous experience in IT projects and change management.


2. Technical-functional knowledge and understanding of an application.


3. Proficiency in Excel.


4. Strong presentation skills in PowerPoint.

Salary Range:




Between €40,000 and €45,000.

About You:

1. Graduated from an engineering school or equivalent (BAC+5).


2. Minimum of 3 years of successful experience as a Project Manager / Application Operations Manager.


3. Curious and motivated.


4. Ability to manage multiple projects.


5. Clear and concise written communication skills.


6. Strong oral communication skills.


7. Good analytical skills.


8. Facilitation of meetings.


9. Experience in managing projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
