About the Company

We are a rapidly growing Web3 company at the forefront of innovation in the crypto and decentralized finance space.


As we prepare for a major product launch in Q3 and scale operations across Europe and APAC, we’re seeking a high-impact Chief Operating Officer to join the executive team and drive operational excellence during this transformative stage.

Role Overview

As COO, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing global operations, ensuring the company is strategically and operationally prepared to scale.


You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to implement systems, processes, and cross-functional strategies that support sustainable growth, international expansion, and a successful product launch in the crypto space.

Key Responsibilities

• Global Operations Strategy:
  
  
  


• Design and execute scalable operational frameworks to support rapid growth and multi-regional expansion.


• Lead business readiness and go-to-market operations for the Q3 product launch.


• Cross-Functional Leadership:
  
  
  


• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, People, Legal, and Compliance teams to align goals and optimize execution.


• Build strong operational rhythms across distributed, crypto-native teams.


• International Expansion (EU/APAC):
  
  
  


• Oversee all operational aspects of entering and scaling in European and APAC markets, including local compliance, partnerships, and logistics.


• Process Optimization & Execution:
  
  
  


• Implement efficient systems for project management, reporting, and performance tracking across business units.


• Drive operational excellence through process automation and KPI-driven management.


• Financial and Resource Planning:
  
  
  


• Work with Finance to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize impact.


• Ensure alignment between operational plans and financial targets.


• Risk, Compliance, and Governance:
  
  
  


• Ensure crypto-specific compliance and security standards are built into operational systems.


• Support governance and risk oversight in evolving regulatory environments.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  
  
  


• 10+ years in operations or strategy leadership roles, ideally in high-growth tech or crypto/Web3 startups.


• Proven success scaling operations across multiple geographies (especially EU/APAC).


• Experience working with distributed teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.


• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, builder mentality.


• Deep understanding of crypto business models, token ecosystems, and compliance nuances.


• Strong project management and communication skills across stakeholders and time zones.


• Capable of leading through complexity while keeping teams aligned and focused.
