We are currently looking for a ComplianceOfficer (France) based in Levallois-Perret (92) .
About the position As a Senior ComplianceOfficer (France) you will be responsible for implementing and strengthening AAG France corporate compliance activities in accordance with the overall compliance strategy set by AAG.
As a member of the international European Compliance Team, you are working closely in collaboration with your peers in the countries where AAG is present while having a direct reporting line to the European Compliance Manager.
The Senior ComplianceOfficer (France) role encompasses:
Implementing and carrying out the compliance program across all entities in the French perimeter Contributing to the internal and external reporting on Compliance activities to Management Designing internal policies in relation to French legal framework Conducting relevant Compliance trainings to AAG France employees Supporting AAG France employees in complying with applicable laws and regulations and promoting ethical standards in accordance with good corporate governance Acting as a trusted advisor to the business and support management About the profile The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and skills :
Degree in Law and/or degree from a Business School Strong knowledge and experience of the GDPR, Anti-Bribery Corruption, Whistleblowing Strong interest in ESG related regulations (like CSRD, CS3D) Good understanding of the local regulation and legislation 4 years of experience in a Legal and Compliance position Fluent in French and English About yourself :
