Role Summary:
Reporting directly to the company founders, the ChiefProductOfficer will head the product development initiatives and mentor a talented team of professionals.

Principal Duties:
Utilise the insights and expertise of the founders to craft and implement a comprehensive product roadmap.
Oversee the creation and rollout of product features that anticipate healthcare needs and enhance medical practices globally.
Enhance operational efficiency by refining processes, frameworks, and methodologies.
Develop and nurture a culture of excellence and leadership within the product team, applying top industry practices to spur innovation and elevate productivity.
Facilitate collaboration across departments to deliver superior products to the market.
Drive growth by identifying customer needs, crafting tailored solutions, and ensuring effective implementation.
Articulate the distinct value proposition of our products, lead new projects, and advocate for the development of essential features and functionalities.
Convey the strategic narrative of our product capabilities and manage expectations among stakeholders.
Ensure product features align with business objectives, prioritising them to optimise impact.
Manage strategic financial planning for your department, including budgeting and spending.
Qualifications:
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant technical discipline.
Minimum of five years in a leadership role in Product Management, specifically within the B2B SaaS realm.
Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or a similarly regulated field is preferred, with a strong grasp of compliance and quality standards.
Demonstrated success in mentoring and motivating highly skilled product teams.
Exceptional analytical abilities with a proven track record of leveraging data in strategic operations.
Experience with scaling products quickly in a rapidly growing environment.
A systematic approach to decision-making, heavily reliant on data.
Adaptable and quick to alter strategies in response to market changes.
A team player who is ethical, humble, and collaborative.
Fluent in English, with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
