Responsibilities Contribute to maintain risk policies to ensure they are aligned with emerging risks, regulations, and market best practice.
Support 1st line of defence Participating to the management and follow up of incidents Assist with ad-hoc projects Testing the permanent control framework (design and operational effectiveness) Proactively challenge the status of the control improvements and ensure that policies are up to date and fit for purpose Coordinate all aspects of controls and make recommendations back to the business Set up and develop annual risk plan and drive buy in to this across the business Roll out and manage RCSA Experience SME level knowledge of control frameworks within FinancialServices covering Internal Controls, OperationalRisk and Audit Strong regulatory knowledge across EMIR, CRBF and AMF Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge and build effective relationships internally and externally Fluent in French and English Ability to interact with senior management and multiple stakeholders in multiple regions twentyAI Paris Accounting / Finance Expérience souhaitée
