The role will see you working closely with several payroll teams in EMEA with a strong focus on France on a day-to-day basis to professionally deliver a quality payroll service to all Flowserve employees as well as introduce consistent processes and assist in driving the business strategies forward in a range of countries within the region.
We are looking for a person either full or part time (25h) with ability to be in Arnage's office 3 times per week.
Responsibilities Led the Payroll Team ensuring that all employees were paid accurately, and all statutory reports were produced and validated in a timely manner Lead team's accountability for the completion of key controls and ensure that all SLAs on payroll are met by everyone Undertake day-to-day payroll activity ensuring smooth running of the service Provide constructive and meaningful feedback about Team to Regional Payroll Supervisor Instill and sustain a culture of continuous improvement and outstanding customer service Work closely with other departments such as HR, Finance, Comp to ensure process alignment Keep up to date with relevant regulations/legislation implement changes where necessary and ensure Payroll Team are fully informed of any such changes Requirements The successful candidate will have in-depth payroll experience, 5 years of experience in a multinational and complex payroll environment.
Must be able to work well under pressure, build strong relationships, continuously motivate and develop people as well as hold team accountable to commitments.
Must possess strong ethical standards regarding the handling of confidential information.
Proven track record of supporting international payrolls (including France), achieving strict SLAs, and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in cross-country organizations.
Must be fluent in English or German in addition to French.
