We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Shoes Collection Merchandising Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive merchandising experience, and a passion for developing and nurturing talent within the team.
Collection Merchandising:
Lead the end-to-end merchandising process for all Men's and Women's shoe collections and special collaborations.
Collaborate closely with peers in the category and other key departments such as Product Development, Visual Merchandising (VM) and Marketing, to ensure cohesive and successful collections.
Analyse market trends, consumer preferences, and sales data to inform collection planning and strategy.
Develop and execute merchandising strategies that align with the brand's vision and business objectives.
Close collaboration with Retail merchandising for all forecast and assortment related activities Agile mindset, able to elaborate and implement quick changes effectively to boost business Manage and mentor the Senior Collection Merchandiser and Junior Merchandiser, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
Effectively cascade the relevant information to the key stakeholders, giving clear directions to implement the strategy according to the right process Maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans.
Monitor and analyse the performance of collections, using data to make informed decisions and adjustments as needed.
Drive innovation in merchandising practices to enhance the brand's market position and appeal.
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of
- 10 years of experience in merchandising, with a clear focus on the shoes category.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Proficiency in merchandising software and tools.
