Attached to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Commercial Director for Europe will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s commercial strategy across the European markets (except for France).
This role involves driving revenue growth in the EU, driving sales in new countries in Europe, managing and nurturing strategic partnerships, and supporting the sales team to achieve their objectives.
The Commercial Director will also contribute to the overall growth of the business by identifying new opportunities and ensuring the company’s products meet the needs of the agricultural market.

What about you?
- Degree in business, sales, agriculture, biotechnology, or a related field
- 1
- 20 years of proven experience in leading sales and managing partnerships.
Proven experience in leading business in the European market, with a focus on central-east EU.
Previous experience in the agriculture or AgBiotech sectors is required.
- Experience in leading and supporting sales teams, with a strong focus on results, coaching, and team development
- Solid understanding of the agricultural industry, including the challenges and opportunities related to AgBiotech.
Knowledge of market trends, regulatory frameworks, and technological innovations is crucial.
- Fluency in English is essential.
Proficiency in other European languages (Polish, Romanian, Hungarian, German, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset and decision-making capability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Passion for agriculture and a deep understanding of the AgBiotech sector
