We are seeking a Consolidation Sustainability Data Manager, reporting to the Head of Sustainability Reporting, based in Nanterre/La Défense.

The manager will organize and analyze sustainability data reporting and consolidation at the group level, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ESRS and other standards.


They will collaborate with multiple disciplines, including IT, to improve reporting processes and promote data quality culture.


Managing a team, they will ensure coherence with the sustainability strategy and support audit and assurance processes.

• Ensure compliance with non-financial data regulations


• Coordinate data collection across departments


• Develop stakeholder relationships


• Manage sustainability data reporting timelines and quality


• Analyze data and advise on reporting content


• Train teams on regulations and data quality


• Maintain documentation for auditability


• Support audit processes and manage a junior analyst

Ideal candidates will have:

• Master’s in finance, sustainability, engineering, or IT


• 
  
  - 5+ years in reporting or sustainability auditing


• Strong analytical and project management skills


• Experience with sustainability standards (CSRD)


• Proficiency in reporting tools like Workiva (advantage)


• Fluent English

Office-based with occasional travel, working outside regular hours as needed, handling sensitive information.
