We are recruiting talented and motivated individuals to join our team in delivering data projects globally.


As a Data Consultant at Syniti, you will work closely with functional consultants and key customer resources, gathering requirements, building conversion objects, and adding value through all project phases.


You will utilize your data skills and the Syniti data management platform to assess, design, build, and deploy solutions, ensuring maximum customer value.

• Demonstrate understanding of Syniti’s Data Migration methodology.


• Understand technical data structures and definitions of assigned process areas.


• Develop data migration rules and reports using Syniti’s tools based on specifications.


• Contribute to ongoing data migration design through analysis, reporting, and collaboration.


• Create and maintain data load programs.


• Execute end-to-end data loads and reconciliations.


• Apply experience in ETL, Data Migration, Data Quality, and Data Analysis.


• Work with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, etc.

Technical knowledge of data structures, experience with SQL databases, and familiarity with data migration processes are essential.
