Most of our team have a detailed Murex background (10 years ) and have occupied senior positions in the Murex vendor company before joining Fenixys.

About the Academy Program:
The FenixysAcademy will give you skills and expertise to work as Business Consultant in a global environment, working with financial companies to develop and support their business through effective and up-to-date processes, functionalities, and software/applications.
You will have the opportunity to work directly with our clients and on many different types of projects and tasks.
You need to take on a high degree of responsibility early on in your career.
The program will provide you with learning objectives through structured external and in-house training and real tasks for clients.
The training will focus on Consulting Skills, Financial Markets knowledge and technical expertise, especially on Murex platform.
You will have a coach and mentors to guide and help you reach your learning goals.
After the training, you will work from France with the possibility of client visits in UK and Switzerland, so a flexible mindset to business travel is required.
Job requirements You have a Master's degree in Finance, Mathematics or similar discipline and have an above-average academic track record.
You might have worked briefly as a business consultant or in a financial institution.
We are interested in graduates and/or people looking for their next career move.
You have an interest for the financial markets and IT systems.
You are curios and open-minded, and engaged in developing and supporting efficient and reliable financial technologies.
As a person you are responsible, hardworking and a good communicator, and you know how to build up good relations always with a focus to create good value for clients.

The training was intense and at times quite difficult, but it shows how serious Fenixys is as a company when they are willing to invest in training several graduates with high quality for such a long period of time before they are able to contribute to client work.
For roughly six months, the training takes you through Linux, SQL, finance courses, business analyst courses, and Murex Front to Back intensive training.
All this training was necessary in order for me to be able to create value for my first client.
Moreover, the training was fun and interesting, and you got to work closely with other Academy members while also being introduced to several people in Fenixys who provided us with advanced training within their specialty.
