Huawei Technologies ParisResearchCenter is looking for a senior3GPP SA expert for MobileCoreNetworkEvolution to contribute innovative concepts and standardization for future CoreNetworks.
Within Cloud CoreNetworkresearch and standardization team, we are ushering in new era of current and future mobilenetworks for new Scenarios, new applications and architecture, Protocol.
Responsibilities :
Standard strategy:
Responsible for standard strategy development for the corenetwork architecture and protocol evolution, including standard insight, risk evaluation, strategy development, etc.
Standard evolution and trend insights:
Technology trends exploration and tracking, as well as potential challenges and risks identification via emerging technologies analysis to drive the next corenetworkevolution.
Standard win-win eco-system:
Establish and maintain good and long-term relationships with important standard players to build a win-win standard eco-system.
Responsible for communication with other participating standard organizations like ETSI, GSMA, 3GPP, NGMN, etc., to liaise requirements, identify new standard opportunities and enhance the standard influence in the industry.
Qualifications and Requirements :
8 year experience in 3GPP/NGMN standardization activities, ideally as a delegate and the prime delegate is preferred.
Practical knowledge with other International and European pre-standards and standards organizations like ETSI, GSMA, IETF, ITU, and 5G ACIA, etc.
In-depth understanding of 5G and 4G 3GPP protocols and Expert knowledge of mobile telecommunications technologies, particularly 5G/4G corenetwork and any other technologies related to corenetwork protocol.
Excellent technical judgment and understanding of the emerging technical trends and ideas in the industry.
Excellent skills in team work, collaborations, interpersonal communication as well as building relationships.
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
Open-minded, willing to learn and mentor others.
