To participate in a great MedTech story and execute its marketing and product roadmap, Mauna Kea Technologies is looking for its Paris based Marketing Product Manager Your Role Within the Global Marketing team, the Marketing Product Manager acts as the â??CEOâ? of specific products and indications (related to the Next-Generation Cellvizio system and Cellvizio Miniprobes) , driven by customer and market insights and underscored by metrics and measurement.

You are responsible for gathering and synthesizing information, feedback, and insights from the market, our customers and from internal teams to drive product feature development planning and lifecycle management.

You are responsible within the Scrum team (agile methodology) for optimizing the product backlog, defining stories (desired functionality based on customer insights) and prioritizing the marketing plan, to streamline and inform the execution of products/applications.

You are a key player in bringing applications, indications, and product features to market, through selected operational marketing tasks including educational workshops, customer demonstrations, user feedback sessions, and go-to-market execution tactics in partnership with the Global Commercial teams.

You are responsible for supporting market development and sales engagement by developing select indications and associated revenue through operational marketing and communication activities.

You contribute to product and indication lifecycle management, from the early stage (market research) to its development and deployment, including creating metrics and KPIs, providing recommendations for actions, and measuring their results to evaluate performance and inform on future activities.

Your Responsibilities You contribute to the ongoing advancement of the Company strategy, specifically for insight-driven product and indication innovation, through cross-team collaboration.

You lead users' feedback process from collection, impact analysis, writing user requirements and prioritization.

You, as a â??product ownerâ?, interact daily with R&D and the agile team to ensure and monitor the development of the functionalities and/or products for which you are responsible.

You organize and lead workshops with users to validate mock-ups, proofs of concept or prototypes.

You write, as â??product ownerâ?, the functional specifications of the features/products for which you are responsible.

As part of the V&V procedure, you draw up the product validation test plan and ensure the execution of validation tests and reports.

You are responsible for product release including updating user documents and marketing materials, leading staff and sales team training, and organizing internal and external product demonstrations and communication.

You measure the efficiency and the business impact of released features/products by implementing and monitoring appropriate KPIs.

You build a strong expertise in the reference markets and indications for which you are responsible by gathering information on competing technologies, assessing and understanding trends and challenges in the reference markets.

You organize operational marketing and communication activities such as peer-to-peer workshops, messaging and claims development, product video tutorials, promotional videos and customer testimonials interviews for the indications for which you are responsible.

You measure their effectiveness through KPIs and adapt future execution based on the results.

You drive product training programs for new employees and you are the key point of contact for R&D, QARA and Global Commercial teams for your products and indications.

Your Profile & Culture You have a Master's degree or equivalent in a life science field (e.g.

biology, biotechnology, chemistry).

A business school degree is a plus.

You have a minimum of 3 years of marketing experience as product marketer or product owner in medical devices in an international and cutting-edge technology context.

Ideally, you have knowledge of the Interventional Gastroenterology/Pulmonology market, and a curiosity to continuously learn about the newest MedTech developments.

You have an in-depth understanding of user needs and expectations, and the challenges related to the development and commercialization.

You are experienced in product development processes, ideally in agile environments.

You are fluent in English and French and you are open to travel for business.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills.

You interact daily with global teams including France and the U.S.

You are a self-starter, and a results-oriented person who is able to prioritize her/his own work and manage deadlines.

You are curious, autonomous, proactive, and a quick learner.
