Electrification Manager will analyse, design, and develop an end-to-end strategy to support the electrification of our last mile operations for Heavy and Bulky items.
The Sr.
Electrification Manager will be able to understand key problems and gaps to electrify the fleet including power, operational, legal and technical constraints, and will build the end-to-end strategy & charging infrastructure requirements to take us there in the next few years.
This role is inherently cross-functional and requires working closely with Sustainability Engineering, Design and Construction, Operations, Finance, Legal, Electrification central team, and Business Development teams to bring products to guarantee our successful pathway towards electrification.
The role will report to the Senior Manager EV Charging Strategy Manager in the central electrification team.
A successful candidate will have a background in electrification or be technical expert within automotive/broader engineering field, skilled in program/product management, highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, team oriented, and with high independence to define complex programs from scratch and execute them.
You will be able to take end-to-end ownership of large, complex projects and strategies and break them down into manageable pieces, and deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
You'll have high standards for yourself and everyone you work with, and you'll be constantly looking for ways to improve your products performance, quality and cost.
