As a key member of the Finance team, you'll report to the Head of Corporate Development and Strategic Finance and be responsible for:
Financial Planning:
leading the financial planning efforts, including annual budgeting, long-term business planning, and cash flow modeling.
Strategic Financial Analysis:
developing advanced financial models to provide insights into business performance and identify growth and cost optimization opportunities.
Performance Monitoring:
tracking financial metrics and KPIs to assess company performance and offer actionable recommendations.
Monthly Reporting Production:
preparing monthly financial reports and presentations for management and investors in collaboration with other departments.
Financial Process Optimization:
continuously evaluating and optimizing financial processes for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Cross-Functional Financial Task Force:
supporting leadership on strategic projects such as fundraising, M&A, and market analysis with data-driven analysis.
Who are you? After a minimum of 5 years experience in FP&A or other relevant Corporate Finance experience, preferably in the SaaS or HR tech industry.
Fluent in French and English.
