Responsibilities 1 - Production and resource planning (30%) Use ERP generated reports or planned orders to convert to production plan, acknowledging incoming supply of materials, inventory availability, resource constraints, and internal/external customers' needs.
Ensure production orders are kept up to date to provide accurate MRP signals.
KPI:
Schedule Attainment, On-Time Delivery, MELT, Backorder, Past Due Production Orders, Customer Order Re-Dates 2 - Production line workload analysis (10%) Utilize SAP demand signals to understand workload per responsible production line and aid the capacity planning process.
KPI:
On-Time Delivery, MELT, Stock outs, Labor Variance 3 - Production line reprioritization (20%) Use SAP exception messaging to expedite, de-expedite, reschedule and re-plan your work centers based on internal/external customers' dynamically changing needs.
KPI:
On-Time Delivery, MELT, Backorder, Past Due Production Orders 4 - Represent the department on New Product Introduction (NPD) projects (10%) Work closely with the NPD project team as it relates to master data set up, workload planning, driving demand signals in SAP, and scheduling beta and stock builds to ensure production readiness.
KPI:
Cost Reduction 5 - Communicate production plans to stakeholders (5%) Ensure execution of production plan through verbal and electronic communication of production schedule to the assigned Production Supervisor(s) and Group Leader(s).
Communicate schedule changes to PLM and Customer Service as necessary.

Backorder 6 - MSA Operating System use (10%) Apply the MSA Operating System to correctly identify root causes of problems and drive corrective action results.
KPI:
Continuous Improvement Pipeline & Exécution 7 - SAP Master Data maintenance (5%) Includes but not limited to production lead time, MRP settings, MRP relevant material master views, total replenish lead time, local forecast BOM settings, repetitive scheduling, set up and maintenance.
SAP Key user for tests and go lives.

On-Time Delivery, MELT, Backorder, Master Data Accuracy 8 - Product Group Inventory management (10%) Ensure that the Inventory level of the product groups (Finished products, semi-finished and components) and I&O are below target.

Inventory, DOH, I&O Qualifications Required :
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Logistics related fields Preferred :
APICS CPIM or like accreditation Models Disciplined Execution :
through deadline-driven and well-organized achievement of detailed standard work.
