LENA IT, L’ESS du numérique, is seeking a Directeur Cloud en CDI for one of its major clients in the field.

• Lead and manage the infrastructure team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement (approximately 4 people).


• Define and implement workflows and key processes, including:
  
  
  


• Change control processes to ensure smooth and controlled updates and deployments.


• Incident handling procedures to minimize downtime and ensure quick resolution.


• Client onboarding processes to ensure secure and timely delivery.


• Security protocols to strengthen and maintain infrastructure protection.


• Oversee the architecture, deployment, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure, focusing on AWS and Windows servers.


• Collaborate with business teams to align infrastructure initiatives with company objectives.


• Stay informed of the latest industry trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve infrastructure performance and security.

+ 100 instances MS 2012 to 2019, 5% Linux Debian/Ubuntu, AWS, .NET, GitLab, Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell

• Proven experience leading infrastructure teams in a cloud environment.


• Expertise in AWS and Microsoft Windows servers.


• Over 15 years of infrastructure management experience.


• Fluent English (daily communication) and ideally Spanish.

Location:


La Défense, with 2 days remote work and 3 days onsite.

Salary:


€105,000 to €120,000 gross annually + variable bonus.
