Innovative company specializing in the design and development of complex systems, known for its expertise in creating custom technologies.

Within a small team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, mainly through remote connections (remote desktop) to their systems.


You will work on a central system (virtualized machines), Oracle databases, as well as Windows batch jobs and services.

1. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support


2. Intervene on Oracle databases


3. Create reports using SAP BI


4. Develop and support a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)


5. Extract data using SQL queries


6. Write user manuals and conduct training sessions for clients

Work remotely using tools like MSTSC, TeamViewer, Windows services, batch scripts, and DOS.


Skills required include Windows Server 2012/2019, Oracle, and Business Objects.

Applicants should have higher education with a focus on IT, and significant experience in technical support for business applications, preferably in diverse environments.


Knowledge of Oracle and SQL searches is essential.


Technical English (reading, speaking, writing) is also required.

You enjoy understanding and troubleshooting technical problems, collaborating with development and project teams to resolve issues.


Strong client relationship skills, analytical mindset, teamwork, and information sharing are important.
