12 Months The client is a boutique cloud solutions provider who are looking for someone to provide technical support during regular business hours.
Your role:
Provide Level 2 technical support to clients primarily during regular business hours.
Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco route/switch, and Meraki networking devices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues promptly.
Document and communicate solutions effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Your skills:
Experienced with a focus on Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco route/switch, and Meraki technologies.
Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco networking devices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
