Set up the project (Project team, planning, IT tools) in order to ensure the performance of the project in term of planning, cost and quality Ensure coordination between customer, internal teams and third parties (end customer, MRO, suppliers) Control & monitor scope of the project Control & monitor project planning and ensure on time delivery of project deliverables Control & monitor project budget, optimizing cost Manage issues and be solution-oriented Manage communication with customer and ensure customer satisfaction Report project progress to customer and also internally to management Provide all relevant information to internal support teams (controlling, quality, sales ) Manage the contract with customer, launch invoicing and scope change as necessary.
