Part of the team responsible for the finished goods planning of the European portfolio including allocation of supply Member of the Supply Management Review (SMR) as part of the monthly S&OP cycle Supporting the long term planning process, highlighting risk and opportunities, and creating action plans to limit short term risk Coaching the SupplyPlanners The accountabilities of the role :
Deliver an optimised cross-site manufacturing supply plan and manage the sites schedule alignment to this plan in order to maintain the target stock holding of all SKU's within the network, thus delivering the target service levels of the different markets, including creating the production plan for your production lines (week 2 to 16 weeks) Perform 16 week Demand & Supply control Enable product supply for the commercial change agenda:
Review NPD projects & provide insight on feasibility & potential capacity, service impacts Support NPD launches & phase in/phase out changes by ensuring supply planning systems are set up in advance Effectively communicate changes to the scheduling teams, & the supply plan through the appropriate channels Member of the SMR as part of the monthly S&OP cycle, highlighting risk and opportunity Coaching the SupplyPlanners Parameter set up & maintenance in SAP The Functional Competencies we are looking for :
Bachelor's degree (preferably in SupplyChain, Engineering, Business Administration or related field) or proven strong thinking/ problem solving skills - able to identify and remove obstacles to progress Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, able to interrogate data and produce detailed outputs Strong communication and facilitation skills to build and sustain a wide range of working relationships across multiple functions/sites, being flexible in their approach to achieve the collective aims Track record of supplychain planning experience Fluent in English, French and Excel knowledge, SAP Comfortable communicating with senior leadership Collaborates well with others to deliver results Influences others through reasoning and relationships Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions This role is based in Colombes ( FR / 92 ).
