Laundry and Staff F&B AssistantParis2024 Join our team at JLE France as a Laundry and Staff F&B Assistant.
You'll manage laundry services, ensuring uniforms and linens are clean, and assist with F&B requirements for the one of the Olympic Sponsors' team, based at the Sponsor's hotel.
This role is part of the VIP Hospitality Program for one of the top sponsors of the Paris Olympics 2024.
JLE France is a staffing agency specialised in international major sports events providing premium operation staff around the world since 2015.
Responsibilities:
Support the Hotel Manager in daily operational tasks.
Oversee the collection and distribution of laundry items.
Coordinate with external providers for laundry pickup and delivery.
Ensure quality control standards are met for laundry services.
Aid the Hotel Manager in coordinating staff F&B operations.
Manage the process of collecting snack boxes.
Communicate with the hotel regarding staff meal orders.
Address and resolve any issues related to laundry or staff meals promptly.
Profile:
Highly dynamic and positive attitude At least 2 years working in an event agency or hospitality industry Must be comfortable with managing last minute changes Based in Paris (no accommodation will be supplied) Great communication skills Organised Autonomous FLUENT in French and English (written and spoken) Sport aficionado (a bonus) Dates:
20th June until 15th August Location :
