NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE
The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France that holds a large stake in their market.
This is a highly regarded client with a strong team culture—no pointless meetings, a focus on fixing issues rather than covering cracks, and ambitious growth plans.
I have worked with many clients, but this one always leaves a great impression on candidates, even those who are successful in the process.
I have placed two developers there—both have stayed over four years and are still with the company.
The Role:
- Greenfield development
- Identify and communicate the root causes of problems to establish better solutions
- Work with a pure Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app
- Use PostgreSQL database and mobile apps
About You:
- A lover of the RoR stack—ideally with 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
- Strong English skills—written and verbal—proficient to work in this language
- Ability to work French hours, +
- 2 hours
