Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and lead technical sales into 2W OEMs and other micro-mobility markets.
- Deliver custom battery solutions through consultative, engineering-led engagement.
- Define go-to-market playbook across target micro-mobility segments.
- Own end-to-end customer development—from pitch to post-launch support.
- Build brand presence at key industry events and expos.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Strong grasp of
- Wheeler and small-format EV market dynamics in Europe.
- 5+ years in technical sales or BD in EV, battery, or mobility sectors.
- Proven track record of new business development successes.
- Background in battery systems, charging infrastructure, or power electronics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a hands-on, ambiguous, fast-growth environment.
- Strong communicator, able to simplify tech and close strategic deals.
- Existing network across 2W and micro-mobility OEM’s.
