You’ll drive commercial expansion across Europe’s

- wheeler and small EV landscape, unlocking market share, winning strategic customers, and bringing next-gen battery tech into fleet and vehicle platforms that scale.


You’ll be key to winning the race in sectors where charging speed, cost, and performance mean everything.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Drive business development and lead technical sales into 2W OEMs and other micro-mobility markets.

  • Deliver custom battery solutions through consultative, engineering-led engagement.

  • Define go-to-market playbook across target micro-mobility segments.

  • Own end-to-end customer development—from pitch to post-launch support.

  • Build brand presence at key industry events and expos.

Must-Have Requirements:



  • Strong grasp of

    - Wheeler and small-format EV market dynamics in Europe.

  • 5+ years in technical sales or BD in EV, battery, or mobility sectors.

  • Proven track record of new business development successes.

  • Background in battery systems, charging infrastructure, or power electronics.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a hands-on, ambiguous, fast-growth environment.

  • Strong communicator, able to simplify tech and close strategic deals.

  • Existing network across 2W and micro-mobility OEM’s.
