Analyst, Property Development and Management (Europe)

The Aga Khan Development Network is recruiting an Analyst, Property Development and Management based in Europe.

The Analyst will play a critical role in the assessment of properties within the portfolios globally.


The Analyst will work with all stakeholders and agencies to explore and provide viable options for property holdings including currently utilized, underutilized, and undeveloped assets.


The Analyst will work to identify appropriate investment opportunities by maintaining and improving current property assets.

Minimum Requirements:

1. The position requires a finance and/or accounting degree, up to a master’s level (MBA or equivalent).


2. 7 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, accounting, asset management, and/or private equity.


3. Experience in creating and working with financial investment models and feasibility studies.


4. Experience in East Africa, South Asia, and/or Central Asia is a distinct advantage.
