What You'll Do:
Criteo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join as a Director Monetisation France, Enterprise, reporting to the Managing Director France.
You will have the ownership and accountability for successfully driving net revenue for Criteo Retail Media, by leading a team of senior client-facing experts (client partners and client success managers), and by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams internally.
You will be responsible for shaping and leading Criteo’s Retail Media monetisation strategy in France, managing a team dedicated to retailer success and building trusted, lasting relationships with our strategic partners.
Drive the development of retail media activity in France
Act as a key point of contact for retail partners
You will lead a team of Client Leads, Customer Success Manager
You help your team members grow, develop the team to reach ambitious new business targets and hold responsibility for reporting, forecasting, building and implementing processes within your team, in close collaboration with your manager and the Sales Operations team
Ensure rigorous performance management of monetisation in line with revenue targets (reporting, forecasting, weekly and monthly performance tracking)
Build strategic recommendations for retailers to improve monetisation rates, based on performance data, local/international best practices, and field feedback
Identify growth opportunities for each partner:
Develop a deep understanding of Criteo’s portfolio of solutions, understand and articulate key KPIs to sign monetization clients and scale existing partnerships
Conduct regular market trend monitoring in retail media and e-retail to fuel retailer recommendations and steer commercial priorities
Work closely together with our activation team covering both Criteo’s Retail Media brand & agency business and be closely connected to the marketing solutions side of our business, to make sure we are positioned in the best way for our clients
New business and retention:
Define and execute a strategy to onboard new retailer partners in France
Develop go-to-market strategies and positioning for new offers
Represent Criteo externally in key retail and media events to strengthen our market presence
Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration:
Lead and mentor a team of client partners and client success managers, fostering high performance and engagement
Create alignment with Activation, Product, Marketing and International peers to ensure consistency and impact
Promote a culture of excellence, innovation and client-centricity
Act as a key-contributor to the French leadership team, helping to shape local strategy
Who You Are:
+ 10 years of experience in digital advertising, advertising technologies, or retail partnerships
Demonstrable expertise in Retail Media and a solid understanding of retailer needs and digital transformation challenges
Proven track record of growing and managing a portfolio of strategic clients, with strong commercial performance
Strong leadership skills and experience managing senior commercial teams
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and convert complex business opportunities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to influence C-level stakeholders internally and externally
Client-first approach, with a deep sense of partnership and long-term value creation
Fluent in French and English, the role is based in Paris
