01 July 2024 Within the Global Customer Strategy department, you will assist in managing the customerservice activities for the Parfums de Marly and Initio Parfums Prives brands in the Europe and United Arab Emirates region.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and direct Facebook and Instagram messages, ensuring that responses align with our brand DNA and excellence standards.
Identify query types that require the implementation of procedures to optimize processes and provide the highest level of quality.
Coordinate customer requests with other departments (logistics, training, packaging..

) as needed.
Handle monthly customerservice reporting.
Contribute to the overall reflection on service improvement and stay updated on best practices in customer care.
Profile:
Currently enrolled in a Business School or University, you have a sensitivity to CustomerService and Luxury.
You are bilingual in English/French and possess a good level of spelling and grammar in both languages.
You are rigorous, reactive, and efficient.
You can communicate and coordinate effectively and are proactive.
