Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an ERP COE Performance Management (f/m) to join our ERP COE Transformation & Performance based in Toulouse, France.The ERP COE Transformation and Performance is responsible for managing the PEOPLE transformation dimension, for ensuring effective GOVERNANCE and for managing the ERP CoE PERFORMANCE.As part of the Transformation & Performance team, you will ensure high standards of performance designing our key success performance indicators and the related means, rituals and monitoring instances in collaboration with the overall Digital performance leaders and the activity owner.Your working environment:
