Our client is an international group renowned for its technological advances in the field of materials in the pharmaceutical environment.
It has strong growth ambitions.
Accordingly, it is looking for a:
DirectorProductManagement Reporting to the Group Chief Commercial Marketing and Innovation Officer, you will be responsible for defining the value proposition and strategy to support the development of the product line according to the Group's objectives (in terms of sales, margins, penetration of new markets, new segments, etc.).
In this role, you will be responsible, at global level, for developing and deploying the strategy for each product segment, enabling the development and marketing of differentiating products that meet customer expectations.
You are responsible for the entire life cycle of the products in the portfolio and play a central role in relation to the various internal departments (Sales, R&D, Plants, etc.) as well as external actors (customers, suppliers, etc.).
With various stakeholders, you will draw up the marketing and sales strategy and the roadmap for existing products and the development of new products.
Close to customers, you will also keep an active watch on the competition and the market, to ensure that you have a good understanding of current and future market needs.
In this role, you will manage a Product Manager.
You will also have an important cross-functional management role on an international scale.
For this challenge, you need to have a strong and successful experience in this kind of position, ideally in the field of pharmaceutical glass packaging or in close environments, giving you a good knowledge of the players and the market.
