This hybrid position will be based in Boulogne:
Billancourt in our Kartier General.
You will be working together with cross:
functional teams, regions, and channels across the business.
This role reports to our Senior Human Resources Business Partner with a team of 5 people.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

Set the Pace :
You'll lead ongoing Works Council partnership and associated activities that means preparing, managing and co:
leading meetings related to the employeerelations agenda.

Strategic Partnership
:
Ensuring strong collaboration with various stakeholders across all associated Employee Relation activities and maintaining strong partnerships with the European EmployeeRelations COE and external partners will be important.

Risk Assessment
:
You'll
proactively manage and advise Leaders like HR Teams on various social law issues based on the situation and associated risk analysis.

Fresh Thinking :
You'll be the one in charge to keep up to date with local trends, new legislation, European HR initiatives requiring negotiation, and develop consultation plans and strategies.

Collaboration is Key
:
Maintaining a calm and controlled social dialogue is a key of successful employeerelations.

Policy Compliance Oversight
:
Managing agreements and policies to ensure compliance and updating as required.
:
Continuous Improvement
:
Bringing a continuous improvement mindset and approach to advance the organisation strategy and people agenda.
We're Looking for Someone With
:
Extensive experience leading Employee, social relations, specialising in social and Labour Law
within an FMCG or comparable Industry.
:
Excellent working knowledge of French Labour Law, Works Councils and EmployeeRelations best practice.
:
Prior experience in Human Resources Generalist or Human Resources Business Partnering roles.
:
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence, communicate with impact, and manage stakeholders across various levels
.
:
Fluency in French and English.
