Role Overview
We’re looking for an EnterpriseAccountManager with a sharp mind and polished presence to manage high-stakes relationships with global skincare and beauty brands.
This is not a typical sales or support role—it's a strategic position at the heart of innovation and scientific collaboration.
You will work directly with R&D departments, product teams, and innovation executives at some of the most respected names in skincare.
You’ll need to be equally comfortable in analytical discussions, commercial negotiations, and science-driven conversations.
Curiosity, intelligence, and credibility are your strongest assets.
What You’ll Do
Own and manage relationships with enterprise clients, particularly R&D and Innovation teams at global skincare brands
Serve as the main point of contact and strategic advisor, ensuring alignment between client goals and Haut.AI’s solutions
Lead onboarding, training, and long-term success initiatives for enterpriseaccounts
Understand complex AI and skincare science topics, and translate them into client value
Collaborate with Product and Science teams to bring client insights into product development
Prepare and present executive-level reports and roadmaps
Handle renewals, upsells, and commercial discussions with professionalism and tact
Who You Are
3–8 years of experience in enterprise client-facing roles (account management, customer success, consulting)
Comfortable presenting to and working with senior stakeholders in large organizations
Strong analytical thinking and structured communication style
Curious, credible, and intellectually agile—able to learn quickly and handle nuance
Degree in biology, chemistry, data science, biomedical engineering or a related field is strongly preferred
Experience in skincare, healthtech, AI, or B2B SaaS is a strong plus
Professional, detail-oriented, and able to represent the brand with poise
