Its 2 key challenges today are to successfully implement its new Target Operating Model (TOM), to be supported by an ambitious pluri-annual internalization plan to deliver innovative products and services to its clients.
The Tech & Data organization is an Agile matricial organization relying on 4 pillars:
Data and System Engineering, made of the following teams:
Data Center of Excellence, Products and Systems Engineering and EnterpriseArchitecture
Management & Control (M&C) & Corporate Systems, made of teams supporting Crews and Transversal Functional Domains:
Governance, T&D Operating Model Implementation, Security & Compliance, Financial Control, Sourcing & Vendor Management, Governance, and Processes
Technical, made of teams dedicated to IT Operations, Network, Cloud, Workplace & Cloud Productivity Services

Crews are supported by Chapters (System Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, …) and both Technical and M&C-C teams are fully dedicated to the delivery of SCOR products, services and support.
Job Summary
As a member of the Architecture team, the EnterpriseArchitect is accountable for proactively leading technology transformation activities and driving targeted business outcomes.
His / Her main duties notably include developing ways to integrate the business’ IT systems, creating and implementing enterprisearchitecture models and suggesting improvements to current internal functions and IT processes.

Under the responsibility of the Head of Architecture, the EnterpriseArchitect key activities are to:
Define, implement and execute the processes for the definition, maintenance, and conformance management of the Enterprisearchitecture
Update and maintain the key enterprisearchitecture deliverables (architecture principles, capability map, application referentials)
Establish and maintain contacts within Crews / Squads and information system programs to understand business activities and business drivers, business requirements, solutions strategies, alternatives, etc., being considered and/or implemented
Manage inter-program and inter-project issues
Organize a regular communication on the enterprisearchitecture function both within the Tech & Data community, and the business functions
Help prepare and facilitate Architecture Committees.
With clear architectural models and the help of Solution Architects, act as a single point of entry with the Crews / Squads and communicate with the other Crews’ EnterpriseArchitects to ensure the development or coordination of the following deliverables:
Develop the EnterpriseArchitecture
Coordinate all EnterpriseArchitecture activities locally and globally
Develop and coordinate Architecture Plans
Help / advise Crew Leads (Business and IT) to design a functional and information technology roadmap, the roadmap being supposed to create a bridge between context and concept
Assist in aligning enterprise initiatives with the EnterpriseArchitecture
Audit compliance within the EnterpriseArchitecture standards
Serve as an advisor to senior business management on business and information integration strategies
Qualifications
Required experience & competencies
+10 years of delivering enterprise-level architecture strategies and standards, preferably in a complex, global organization
Expertise in the design and architecture of complex IT systems, gained within a consultancy, systems integrator, financial services or similar organization, and through the experience of a range of systems delivery programmes and projects.
Technical Skills
Ability to deliver high quality enterprise technology strategy and technology architecture work
Industry awareness of key methodologies, approaches and market trends, including enterprisearchitecture frameworks, business and technology capabilities and solutions, internal and external integration, and agile development.
Strong experience of Business & IT agile ways of working
Strong knowledge/understanding of modern software architecture, development, and methodology
Ability to estimate business, risk and financial impacts of architecture choices and orientations
Behavioral & Management Skills:
Pronounced analytical and conceptual capabilities coupled with the ability to present complex situations in a clear way
Capacity to navigate in a matricial and international environment
Great communication skills and the ability to influence at a senior level
Required Education
Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related field required
