Key Responsibilities:

Independently perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks.

Achieve a First:
Time Fix Rate (FTFR) of over 95 while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records using operational and service management tools.

Configure, operate, and perform basic analysis using system software.

Conduct basic fault:
finding and escalate complex issues within agreed timelines and SLAs.

Follow and promote health, safety, and environmental (HSE) best practices.

Produce clear, concise service reports and submit operational data.

Degree or formal qualification in mechanical, electromechanical, or electronic disciplines.
