Le poste :
1/Context:
AXA Group Operations initiates with its Network Product Department a One Network Program to tackle its digital transformation, enhance user connectivity experience, and mitigate cyber risks.
Within the Network Product Department, the User Connectivity product line is responsible for providing connectivity on AXA premises and thus delivering LAN, WLAN, and WAN for those sites.
The Network Product Service is designed to engineer, deliver, and support these products and services, which strongly contribute to the One Network program initiative.
2/Services:
â?¢ The Network Product Engineering Service is responsible for defining, advertising, and ensuring the delivery of sustainable, robust, and secured solutions.
In close collaboration with Group Security, CTO, and the One Network Program, the Network Product Service Engineering Service will propose solutions at the right cost and bring business value to support corporate business and lines of business strategies.
â?¢ The main activities include the following:
â?¢ Contributing to and supporting medium to long-term product evolution and continuous product improvement,
â?¢ Managing the advisory, selection, design, secure build & integration for the products in scope,
â?¢ Facilitating communications and interactions between functional groups, AXA IT Services, strategic partners, and vendors,
â?¢ Ensuring QOS delivery and support of solutions,
â?¢ Providing high expertise support on products and services.
3/Deliverables:
â?¢ Service to lead results orientation, change, adaptability, and collaboration.
â?¢ The service will require to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)
â?¢ The Network Product Service collaborate with/for both senior managers and IT, and showcase expertise in complicated architectural concepts and strategies in clear language.
