In 2017, AptarGroup created a new corporate function dedicated to Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions, reporting to the Chairman and CEO.
This function, located in Louveciennes (Yvelines), is responsible for defining and driving the Group's strategic plan and supporting its implementation in the Group's various organizations.
The position will report to the Group Manager M&A and is part of the Corporate Strategy and M&A (CMSA) team.
The CSMA team supports the AptarGroup's segments on high-value strategic initiatives and acquisitions, divestments and corporate venturing.
The CSMA team leads the execution of global strategic projects and global M&A transactions, including opportunities assessment, valuation analysis, financial modeling, co-ordination of due diligence activities, etc.
Main responsibilities include Provide full support on all aspects of transaction from screening process, business valuation to deal execution Support the identification and assessment of acquisition opportunities Provide company and sector profiles Support the valuation and financial analyses, including discounted cash flow, merger model and investment returns for potential transactions Support the M&A execution, including strategic fit assessment, synergy case development, due diligence support, interactions with internal and external stakeholders Provide coordination and analytical support for strategic initiatives and projects as needed About you Master's degree from a business or engineering school with a specialization in Finance Passionate by the corporate finance and the deal-making / M&A Know-how within M&A processes, corporate finance, transaction support, and valuation Pro-active team player and highly motivated / reliable Ability to synthetize and to manage multiple tasks Confident interacting with senior leadership and executives Fluent in English and French (Mandatory) Highly proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of the pharmaceutical, food, beverage or beauty and personal care industries is an advantage While not required, a minimum of 6 months internship, preferably in investment banking, corporate development team is desirable with financial modeling or financial analysis experience preferred Aptar France Expérience souhaitée
