We provide electric bikes for rental, used by couriers across London and Stockholm, powered by our proprietary charging station technology and a growing network of urban hubs.
We’re looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead Port’s expansion and operations across France, starting with Paris.
This is a hands-on role where you will own launch execution, manage day-to-day operations, and grow strategic relationships with both public and private stakeholders.
Coordinate across internal teams (product, hardware, tech) and external partners (municipalities, landlords, contractors) to ensure timely and high-quality launches.
Continuously track data and user feedback to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
Partner and Stakeholder Management 4–6 years’ experience in operations, consulting, project management, or startup environments.
~ Fluent French and English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication.
~ Data-driven mindset with strong Excel / analytics skills.
