YOUR DAILY LIFE AT SAUR
Your responsibilities :
- Strategic monitoring of the transformation:
Develop and drive the transformation plan to unify financial processes across all Group subsidiaries and entities, ensuring a standardized approach while addressing local specificities where necessary.
Drive the change by coordinating accounting, finance and IT teams to reorganize processes according to best practices, while minimizing customization.
Ensure alignment of the program with the Group's global objectives.
- ERP program management:
Coordinate the deployment of the new FIS, ensuring the transition to the target ERP (D365).
Oversee the management of risks, quality and deadlines, while ensuring that budgets and priorities are respected.
Work closely with technical teams and subcontractors (BPO) to ensure integration of solutions with financial processes and the overall ERP ecosystem.
- Governance and stakeholder management:
Ensure effective communication with general management, accounting management and local teams to guarantee the smooth running of the program.
Lead governance bodies, provide regular reports on progress, risks and corrective actions, and adjust strategy if necessary.
Provide training and support for the adoption of new financial processes by local teams.
- Adherence to standards and compliance:
Ensure project compliance with local and international regulations, including internal control standards, IT security, and RGPD.
Oversee internal audits where necessary to ensure that the transformation complies with the tax and accounting requirements of the various group entities.
- Process optimization and change management:
Manage the transformation of accounting and financial processes to optimize efficiency and reduce operating costs, while complying with standards.
Manage resistance to change and facilitate adoption of new processes within finance teams.
YOUR PROFILE
With a business school or IT background, a specialized Master's degree (such as MIAGE) is recommended, as well as a financial background, you have already led major transformation projects in financial organizations.
You have at least 10/15 years' experience in an equivalent position.
You are familiar with the operational processes of a finance department, and have a good command of project management tools, so you'll be up and running quickly.
In-depth understanding of ERP systems and their functionalities; Solid technical expertise in finance and IT; Spoken and written English fluency is essential for working with international teams and understanding/writing documentation/communication channel.
Leadership, to coordinate a team in project mode; Communication and interpersonal skills, to address all stakeholders; Rigor and organizational skills; Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and changes; Sense of priorities; Pedagogical skills, to facilitate exchanges or ensure the arguments of neophyte users/decision-makers; Analytical skills, to quickly solve technical problems and meet customer needs.
Sense of teamwork and collaborative spirit; Curiosity.
Implementation of Microsoft D365.
Your ability to work as part of a team and your charisma in getting teams to commit to transformation projects are essential to the success of this mission.
Your interpersonal, listening and communication skills, your sense of organization and your ability to manage priorities are also essential.

YOUR REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS AT SAUR
You will join the Saur group without any trial period.
Your fixed salary will consist of :
- a base salary of between €75,000 and €95,000 depending on your profile, paid over 13.3 months (gross annual salary)
- a fixed bonus of €400
* (gross) per year known as the water industry bonus
You will benefit from social security cover, more than 50% of which is financed by the company:
- supplementary health insurance (to cover your health expenses in addition to Social Security)
- provident insurance (to ensure that your salary continues to be paid in the event of health problems).
You can build up savings with the Group Savings Plan (and the Collective Retirement Savings Plan, and benefit from a contribution of €960 (gross) per year.
You will of course have 25 days' paid holiday, plus days of RTT (around 14 days depending on the year).
