Identify and analyze safety and environmental constraints applicable to an energy project (especially hydrogen, natural gas, LNG, wind, biogas, etc.) and propose solutions; Conduct regulatory and permitting studies; Prepare regulatory files related to the ICPE regulation (declaration, registration or authorization files, and in particular hazard studies); Ensure project compliance with current regulations; Conduct industrial risk studies (fire, ATEX, HAZID or HAZOP type risk analysis, etc.); Define safety philosophies for projects (DI/DG, fire protection, ESD, explosion, etc.); Model hazardous phenomena related to various energy activities (H2, natural gas, LNG, etc.) using PHAST and FLUMILOG software; Ensure the consideration of safety and environmental aspects in the design of energy-related projects.
