We are excited to exclusively work with a leading International Law Firm to find their next HR Manager to be based in Paris This key position will have a broad range of HR responsibilities, both strategic and operational, across recruitment, learning & development, performance management, and compensation & benefits while collaborating closely with senior HR peers in Europe and internationally.
You will also take an important role in undertaking HR projects for the Paris office and represent local interests in the regional and global HR scene.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience as a Senior HR Generalist or HR Manager from a partnership environment, preferably law firms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, especially when dealing with challenging situations accompanied with the ability to be strategic yet hands-on and think outside of the box.
