As a Full Stack Developer at Galadrim, you will be part of a multi-expertise team whose goal is to design with the client the product that answers his business problem.

Your responsibilities within the team will include:

1. Develop features by building quality code:
   
   
   maintainable & scalable


2. Contribute to the choice of project architecture and technical stack


3. Help your customer prioritise product features to deliver maximum value to their business


4. Participate in the design of the product with the client and the designer

Our goal is for you to progress as quickly as possible, so that you are able to develop complex web and mobile applications from A to Z, mastering all aspects:


database, back-end, front-end, external services, deployment tools, tests, scalability.

In order to maximize your progress:

1. You will be followed by a technical mentor who will help you and do peer programming with you


2. You will be able to participate in a code review program between Galadrimeurs


3. You will have unlimited access to video courses from experts on our technologies


4. You will be able to attend courses or workshops organized by different Galadrimeurs
