In this role you will report to the GCX Development Manager based in Belgium.

Our Global Customer Experience Development Team is at the forefront of ensuring smooth and efficient processes, and we're looking for a talented individual to join us in optimizing and elevating our operations.

You'll be supporting to increase performance of Order To Cash (OTC) processes through process improvement, support GCX teams with problem solving, and ensure process adherence and compliance.

All the while keeping our business priorities digitalization, customer centricity and sustainability at the heart of what you do.

Customers are at the heart of what we do at Mà¶lnlycke, and it will be your responsibility to:

Increaseperformance of OrderToCashprocesses Support GCX teamswithproblemsolvingtechniques Ensureprocessadherenceandcompliance ReviewandredesignOTCprocessesforefficiencyandcompliance Identifyopportunitiesforautomationand collaborate with IT for development CollaboratewithGCX and other stakeholdersforprocessimprovement Act asSMEforprocessknowledgewithinGCX Preferred background Proven experience in Business process management and Project Management Process Improvement methodology
- ideally Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification SAP and OTC processes and digitalization knowledge is an asset Excellent command of English University Degree.

Minimum Bachelor.

Master preferred.
