HuaweiParisResearchCenter is responsible for advanced research in the fields of network technology, applied mathematics, machine learning, and parallel computing to create and design the innovative technologies and software platforms for our Brand.
The Advanced Wireless Technology Lab, in HuaweiFranceResearchCenter, located in the Paris area, is looking for a LeadingExpert in Large-ScaleNetwork AI Model and Optimization to join the NetworkModeling and Optimizing research team.
As a leadingexpert, you will apply your expertise to tackle technical challenges and pioneer ground-breaking theories and technologies for accurate modelling and optimal control of large-scale telecommunications networks.
Thanks to the collaboration with leadingnetwork operators and the support of thousands of Huaweiexperts, our organization has amassed and processed a vast amount of data from different scenarios of cellular networks worldwide.
Leveraging this data and our expertise to construct a network-level AI model for precise modeling and optimization of mobile networks presents an exciting challenge at the forefront of telecommunications.
You will lead a global team and collaborate closely with experienced engineers and skilled researchers, to define, design, and drive a roadmap for pushing the limit of telecom performance by networkoptimization.
Additionally, you will participate in integrating cutting-edge technologies into Huawei's business solutions and products, applying your achievements globally to enhance people's communication and quality of life.
What are your main responsibilities? Contribute to business success by crafting data-driven AI solutions for 4G/5G/5G networkmodeling and optimization.
Introduce advanced AI technologies and propose a feasible technical direction or architecture for constructing network AI models based on vast data.
Provide technical leadership to the team in large-scalenetworkmodeling and optimizationresearch.
Resolve intricate mathematical problems stemming from real-world networks based on AI technology, telecommunications expertise, operations research, data science, and applied mathematics.
Uphold Huawei's leadership in innovation and technical advancement through various avenues, including publications in top conferences and journals, bolstering intellectual property portfolios, and fostering collaboration with academia and partners.
Requirements PhD in Computer Science/Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Operations Research, or related fields.
8 years of research experience with esteemed reputation in academia and industry.
Proficiency in algorithm design and development for data-driven AI models in large-scale systems.
Background in wireless network communication research is preferred.
Experience with Large AI models is a plus.
Proven successful track of publications in top AI conferences and/or IEEE Transactions.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
