transport, warehousing, order preparation and shipping, co-packing. Following the arrival of a new customer, we are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join the organization and contribute their strong analytical and excel skills to our team.
This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted role that requires candidates to have strong communication and people skills as well as a tech-savvy nature.
A willingness to roll up your sleeves, jump right in and take ownership will have a huge impact on the commercial development of our client! What you'll do:
- Act as the liaison between our Brand Partners, Account Managers and Logistics Hub
- Coordinate onboarding efforts related to inventory
- Create priority list for Logistics Hub based on merchandising needs
- Identifying and resolving any issues in inventory management and processes
- Manage and coordinate various projects, ensuring timely completion.
- If needed, provide exceptional customer service, acting as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and report on project statuses.
- Manage visibility for products and timing of go live.
What You'll Bring :
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- 2+ years of experience in a project management role, or similar role with the ability to manage complex projects
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service. Skills :

French and English
- Proficient in Excel with strong data entry skills
- High level of attention to detail
- A client-focused mindset
- JIRA, QuickBase, and Zendesk experience or similar ticketing platforms preferred
