Reporting to the Insurance Department, this

- month fixed-term contract involves working within a team of 19 passionate managers dedicated to technical excellence, working with energy and respect to ensure customer satisfaction.

As a Gestionnaire Sinistre avec tiers, your main responsibilities will include managing files according to IRSA, IDA conventions, guarantee funds, or common law.

1. Preliminary investigation of automobile accident files to determine responsibilities and applicable deductibles.


2. Declare the claim to the insurer.


3. Apply contractual guarantees.


4. Compensate for material damages of insureds and third parties.


5. Record and monitor IDA disputes.


6. Handle both conventional and common law recourses.


7. Defend the interests of the insurance company.


8. Ensure the quality of service is maintained.

• Diploma in Insurance (BTS) with at least 3 years of significant experience in Auto claims management, with good knowledge of IRSA convention and Common Law.


• Autonomous and responsible with good prioritization skills.


• Excellent communication and writing skills, meticulous and methodical.


• Proficient with IT tools and web interfaces.


• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) for reactive communication with the Group's insurance company.

• 19 days of RTT per year.
