Define in detail the process steps and process deviations in the area of responsibilityPromote standardization and support regions / sites in scope validation and evaluation of scope extensionsProactively identify and propose new opportunities for standardization to improve processesManage and coordinate the design of new requirements and communicate decisions into the organizationCoordinate and actively manage the global key user networkServe as the primary point of contact for local key users or other business unit members and manage deliverables (create, validate, test, deploy, train)Qualifications:
