Global Director of Data & Analytics > Joboolo FR :

Work with country program data managers to ensure high-quality data.

1. Set up and manage databases of global program data.



2. Form and oversee the Global M&E unit responsible for the Provider Productivity Report and Quarterly Report.



3. Provide long-term in-country support for coordination and scale-up of data management systems.



4. Collaborate with global monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and quality teams to develop and implement tools, systems, and processes that improve data collection, management, and analysis.



5. Work with the financial department to compile documents for modeling, projecting, and monitoring financial growth within global programs.



6. Provide short-term technical support in data management and analysis to sites, countries, and bureaus.



7. Train and support staff on global program data systems.



8. Initiate analysis and prepare reports based on data quality and availability, and identify reporting needs.



9. Analyze quantitative data from country programs for internal and external reports, papers, and presentations.



10. Identify, prepare, and disseminate best practices and successful program interventions as part of the Global Technical Team.



11. Assist in designing operational research data collection and analysis efforts.



12. Travel up to 40% to country programs in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, and Latin America to work with local staff.



13. Participate in regular meetings and calls with global staff.



14. Manage and submit regular data reports monitoring country programs, including quality indicators.



15. Collaborate with the Global Technical Team, Bureau Chiefs, Country Program Managers, M&E officers, and external consultants to monitor and evaluate program efforts.



16. Perform other duties as assigned.
