Your Key Role at the Group Headquarters
Join a leading global industrial group and play a critical role in consolidating and analyzing supplychainperformance across 12 key entities worldwide.
As part of the corporate headquarters, you will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of supplychain reporting, working directly with senior stakeholders and international teams.
Your Key Responsibilities GlobalSupplyChain Reporting & Consolidation
Collect, analyze, and consolidate key supplychainperformance indicators from all 12 business units
Ensure monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with corporate strategy
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for performance improvement and efficiency gains
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Act as the main liaison between corporate HQ and the 12 entities on supplychain reporting
Collaborate with international teams and present key insights to senior management
Drive best practices in data collection, standardization, and reporting implementation
Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization
Monitor supplychainperformance metrics and propose actionable recommendations
Ensure alignment with the company's Quality Management System (EN9100:
2018) standards
Contribute to the digitalization and automation of reporting processes
Profil recherché :
Your Profile & Skills
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in SupplyChain, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Engineering
5+ years of experience in supplychainperformance analysis, reporting, or data management in a global industrial environment
Technical & Analytical Skills:
Expertise in data analysis & visualization (Power BI, Excel, SQL, or equivalent)
Strong understanding of supplychainperformance metrics and best practices
Familiarity with PMI project management standards and structured reporting methodologies
Soft Skills & Language Proficiency:
Fluent in English (Mandatory) - daily interactions in an international environment
Proficiency in French required for local collaboration
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
